Introduces automatic memory detection and batch size optimization for Apple Silicon Macs in runcpu.sh and runmac_overnight.sh scripts. Adds a comprehensive README_MACOS.md with usage instructions, performance profiles, environment variable overrides, troubleshooting, and expected training times.
