Lionel Sambuc 80f561a801 Fix DEL behaving like BACKSPACE. 
This fixes DEL so that it removes the character on the right of the
insertion point, instead of on the left, like BACKSPACE.

This is mostly seen while working on the MINIX console, or when setting
the TERM variable to "minix".
