- new call names, message field aliases, call tables;
- initialize all ABI request messages to zero;
- format callnr.h in the same way as com.h;
- remove param.h namespace pollution in servers;
- make brk(2) go to VM directly, rather than through PM;
- remove obsolete WAIT and BRK calls from PM;
- remove obsolete UTIME call from VFS;
- clean up path copying routine in VFS;
- move system calls from libminlib to libc;
- correct some errno-related mistakes in libc routines;
