David van Moolenbroek 407c396431 Retire MINIX nonamed(8) ... Also retire support for the MINIX versions of /etc/hosts and /etc/resolv.conf. These files will be brought back with NetBSD imports, although like NetBSD, MINIX 3 will be using external resolvers directly from then on.
