release.sh: Fix snapshot ISO creation with X11

- Remove SLOPPY_FLIST=yes, as it is now unrequired
 - use build instead of distribution. This is a work around until xdm is
   properly imported in our tree, as this currently breaks the
   distribution target when MKX11=yes

To generate a snapshot ISO with X11, you need to check out the xsrc tree
and then do the following:
  cd /usr/src/releasetools/
  BUILDOPTIONS="MKX11=yes" ./release.sh -p
