With the addition of ntpd(8), an _ntp user and group must be added.
Run these commands to add the _ntp user and group:
# groupadd -g 123 _ntp
# useradd -g _ntp -s /bin/false -d / -u 123 _ntp
It is safe to ignore the warning about /bin/false not being listed
in /etc/shells. To run ntpd on start-up, create /etc/ntpd.conf
See `man ntpd` and `man ntpd.conf` for details.
